Chana Fay Charach, AMP

Chana was born and raised in Vancouver and has been working in the real estate and financial industry since 1991 and has been a full time mortgage broker since 1997. She became president of Synergy Mortgage in 2004 and was among the first group of mortgage Brokers in Canada to obtain her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation (AMP).

Chana is committed to her community by volunteering time to charity work. Her favorite pastimes are entertaining, traveling, dinning out, and spending time with her husband and four daughters. Chana also enjoys long walks and Pilates.

Aida has been assisting clients with their mortgage needs since 2007. Prior to joining VERICO Synergy Mortgage, she spent almost 4 years with one of Canada's largest non-bank lenders in a document approval role. Aida is dedicated to give exceptional service and meet client's needs at all times.

Aida was born in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Vancouver as a young child. She can read, write and speak Spanish fluently. She is also dedicated to an active lifestyle, enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures/cuisines and spending time with family and friends!

Luz Faraon, BSC

Office Manager


Luz’s background includes working as a credit assistant for over 17 years in the Canadian banking industry. She has been recognized year after year for her strong organizational skills and excellent customer service. She takes pride in work well done and enjoys making a contribution to a team effort.

Luz was born in the Philippines and her family moved to Canada in 1989. She speaks, reads and writes fluently in Tagalog. She spends her days off with her sons, and especially loves to watch them play basketball.

Sylvia Ho, MBA

Mortgage Broker

Fluent in Mandarin and English, Sylvia immigrated to Canada from Taiwan over 20 years ago. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia, she chose to settle in the Vancouver west side. Sylvia began her career in the financial sector with CIBC as a stock trader and a fixed income specialist. Subsequently, she obtained her Masters degree from Queen's University and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for an utility company.

Sylvia is in a unique position to bring to bear this vast knowledge base and customer service experience, coupled with her never ending enthusiasm, unwavering sense of ethics, and overall drive to reach the highest level of client satisfaction.

In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys yoga, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Rong Chen (Rhonda), CFP

Mortgage Broker

Rhonda specializes in residential mortgages, including, the 'New To Canada' program and mortgages for Non-Resident Investors. Rhonda also has more than 10 years experience working in general insurance and is currently a member of Canadian Association of Insurance Brokers (CAIB). She studied Computer Science at UBC and she has obtained her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Rhonda spent 2 seasons filing personal income tax returns for low-income families as a volunteer participant of Revenue Canada's Community Volunteer Program. In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys hiking, traveling and photography.
