Verico Synergy Mortgage Inc. specializes in residential mortgages and is centrally located at #630-1665 West Broadway (1 ½ blocks west of Granville St) and only 5 minutes from downtown. Chana Fay Charach, AMP

Chana was born and raised in Vancouver and has been working in the real estate and financial industry since 1991 and has been a full time mortgage broker since 1997. She became president of Synergy Mortgage, in 2004 and was among the first group of mortgage Brokers in Canada to obtain her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation (AMP).

Since the beginning of her career she has been a member in good standing with both the Mortgage Broker’s Association of British Columbia (MBABC) (Visit: http://www.mbabc.ca) and the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage professionals (CAAMP) (Visit: www.Cammp.org).

Chana is committed to her community by volunteering time to charity work. At home she has a loving husband and 4 beautiful daughters. Her favorite pastimes are entertaining, traveling, dinning out, and watching movies. Chana also enjoys long walks, Pilates and yoga.

Dorothy DeCotiis, BA AMP

Dorothy graduated from UBC in 2002 with her Bachelor’s Degree and joined Synergy Mortgage in 2004. Professionally, her career in real estate began in 1998 with property management, development and as a real estate salesperson which all provided the well rounded experience that has contributed to her success as a mortgage broker.

Dorothy earned her AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation in 2006. Known for her good sense of humor, big heart and very responsible nature, Dorothy thrives on knowing her clients are comfortable with the mortgage process from start to finish. She was born and raised on the North Shore, enjoys golfing, biking, the arts, and international travel. She is a member in good standing with the MBABC and CAAMP.
